About the P&C / School Council
The P&C helps to improve the learning opportunities and environment for children attending the school as well as providing services such as a canteen and a uniform shop. A wide range of fundraising activities are organised by the P&C, including a tri-annual fete which engages the whole community, to raise extra funds for the school. Funds that help to complete major projects that the school would not otherwise be able to afford.
Major projects completed with P&C funding include:
- building a pre-primary playground,
- construction of covered walkways connecting all the buildings
- establishing a new computer laboratory
- specialised reading programs
The P&C is run by volunteers and is an incorporated not for profit organisation affiliated with the WA Council of State School Organisations (WACSSO). A schedule of meeting dates is included in the newsletters, term planner or on this website. Members of the school community are welcome to attend.
